TECHNICAL SERVICES

TWL offer a full range of technical services aimed at ensuring that our wear, abrasion, and impact solutions are being utilised to full effect and allowing site equipment to achieve the optimum efficiency and durability that our solutions allow.

Through the provision of these services, such as technical analysis and implementation, TWL are able to increase the component life of hardware and other equipment. This serves to maximise their performance, increasing profitability and financial savings.

Site surveys, advisory services, and technical analysis allows TWL to provide the best possible wear, abrasion, and impact solutions. The benefits of these cannot be overstated, especially when the client's best interests are in mind.

TWL also offer maintenance services, which include the provision of a regular schedule for the re-application of our industrial linings. In doing so, they serve to increase the effective lifespan of equipment and hardware, allowing for less downtime due to wear restrictions. These services come with a range of contract options to suit the client.

TWL's full laboratory services constitute a part of what is made available to our clients. In the interests of making sure that we are able to provide the best possible wear solutions, our laboratory, and the dedicated staff that utilise it, are able to undertake technical analysis of our products, and recommend the most suitable for a project.
 

FIELD SERVICES

In conjunction with our technical services and factory services, we provide for a number of field services, provided to maximise the utility of our other services as well as our linings products.

On-site and positional preparations for lining application is a provided service. This process serves to ensure that proper installation can take place, and also provides us with useful information about the site and equipment that eases the processes involved in our maintenance services and advisory services.

We also have a 24/7 breakdown service, providing assurance against unforeseen situations in which breakdowns occur. We offer this service in order to minimise downtime that often leads to production losses.

As well as our in-factory sandblasting, our mobile sandblasting equipment is available for use on equipment and hardware that cannot leave the site.
 

TWL EPOXY RESIN LININGS

TWL offer some of the most effective wear control and corrosion protection systems on the local market, this includes our Epoxy Paste Wearing Compounds.

This resin lining is a 100% Solids modified epoxy resin system containing a variety of high abrasion resistant fillers, with excellent abrasion resistance intended for many different applications.

These include, but are not limited to, pulleys, chutes, launders, cyclones, pipes, pumps, tanks, and any other metal or concrete surface that is exposed to high abrasion.

TWL Paste is applied to the prepared surface with a trowel or by hand at the required thickness, from 3mm upwards, depending upon the application and client requirement.

Due to the application methods and paste form of the product, this product is ideal for wear control in in all hard to reach places and can be applied to areas with awkward shapes where it might sometimes be difficult with tiles or rubber.

When used with abrasion resistant tiles, you generate a almost indestructible wear barrier.

TWL CRUSHER BACKING

TWL Epoxy Resin System specifically designed for crusher application.

Very high compressive strength and the ability to cure in damp conditions makes this product ideal for application in primary and tertiary crushers.

TWL ANTI-CORROSION LINER COATINGS FOR FLOORS, WALLS AND METAL

In line with our corrosion protection systems, various epoxy resin coating products are available with superior acid resistance, protecting metal and concrete from chemical attack.

TWL Epoxy Resin Coatings available for floors, tanks, impellers, valves and any other surface that is prone to corrosion from acid or moisture.

TWL RUBBER LININGS

Alongside offering wear control and corrosion protection products, TWL is also a supplier of superior rubber linings.

Specifically, steam, chemical and pre-cured rubber linings applied to steel, concrete, pipes, screens, pipe fittings, and vessels, etc.

All grades and specifications of compounds used in TWL rubber linings are able to suit any application or client requirement.

TWL only uses SABS approved rubber compounds and solutions.

TWL only uses top quality proven materials.

Additionally, we guarantee our customers that no cheap inferior products will be supplied, as is often the case in the rubber lining industry.
